Trinity Out-Reach Center of Hope

Our programs aim to serve the homeless, those who are in jeopardy of becoming homeless, and those who are not able to receive services elsewhere due to lack of documentation (i.e. No ID, no phone, no address–or other limiting factors). We work to help them obtain the basic necessities to receive services.

Our county is federally mandated to participate in the yearly Point in Time count. The Point in Time Count is a 24-hour count of the homeless in our area.

This year our count was conducted on January 24th. We had over 12 volunteers go into the community and count homeless individuals.

Here is the data collected from that count.
